I’m Lilly Nagel, a Psychologist (M.Sc.), certified health coach, and licensed to practice psychotherapy in
Germany (Heilpraktikerin for Psychotherapy). I’ve lived and studied in four countries and I speak five
languages fluently (English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese) because I believe that true connection
starts in your language.
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals and organizations across Europe: from universities to large
corporations, from coaching platforms to public health programs for 1 to 500 people, in 1:1 sessions,
workshops, and multi-day formats.
My focus: Turning the latest findings in clinical, health, and positive psychology into tools that actually
work in everyday life.
I know both sides: The scientific perspective of a trained psychologist and the lived experience of chronic
stress, burnout, ADHD and other mental challenges. I know what it’s like to be functional on the outside but
overwhelmed or empty on the inside. That’s why I’m able to support people so effectively with clarity,
structure, and deep empathy.
Real change doesn’t come from theory alone, just like physical fitness. The key lies in translating insight
into small, consistent actions. That’s where I come in.
